What is the promotion?

Go to florettesalad.co.uk/winaminiontoy, or scan the QR code on pack,

to be in with a chance to win one of 20,000 plush toys (UK: 19,703 prizes, ROI:297). Enter your name, email address and the time code found underneath the USE BY date (six or seven numbers and one letter) and find out if you’ve won instantly.

How long is the promotion running for?

The promotional period will run from 09.00 on 03/05/22 until 09.00 30/09/22. NPN for NI residents, entries must be received by or on 27/09/22.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion, purchase a Florette promotional pack (while stocks last), visit www.florettesalad.co.uk/winaminiontoy or scan the QR code on promotional packs and follow the on-screen instructions. Enter your full name, email address, and time code found underneath the USE BY date (six or seven numbers and one letter) found on the front of your promotional pack.

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you have the option to enter via our no purchase necessary route by sending your name, full NI postal address and email address to: Win a Minion Toy, NPN, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY to arrive between 3 May 2022 and 27 September 2022.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/5G) is required to enter on the promotional microsite.

Where can I find my QR code?

QR codes can be found on the back of your promotional pack.

Where can I find my time code?

Time codes can be found underneath the USE BY date (six or seven numbers and one letter) on the front of packs.

Which products are included in the promotion?

How often can I enter and how many times could I win?

A maximum of one entry will be accepted per person per day and a maximum of 5 prizes can be won per person throughout the Promotion Period.

Do I have to purchase a promotional product to enter?

Unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you must purchase a promotional pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, visit www.florettesalad.co.uk/winaminiontoy to enter.

I’m a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you have the option to enter via our no purchase necessary route by sending a postcard or letter with your full name, postal address in Northern Ireland and email address to: Win a Minion Toy, NPN, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY to arrive between 3 May 2022 and 27 September 2022. Only one free entry claim per postcard or letter. Only one no purchase necessary entry per Northern Ireland resident per day throughout the Promotion Period. On receipt of your application and validation of a Northern Ireland postcode, you will receive valid time code digits by email to the email account you nominated for registering which can then be entered on the promotional microsite (www.florettesalad.co.uk/winaminiontoy) in order to enter the promotion.

I sent in a postal entry from Northern Ireland, but I haven’t received a response. What should I do?

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

How are winners notified?

Winners will be instantly notified on screen and asked to follow the instructions to claim their prize including providing postal address. Winners will also be sent a win notification email (to the account associated with their entry) if they have won, confirming their win and providing a contact email address in case of any queries or issues with their claim. If a winner does not follow the instructions on screen immediately or respond to the winner notification email detailing an issue within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the promotion prize pool.

Do I need to keep hold of my promotional packaging?

You should retain your packaging with the time code and proof of purchase as you may need this to verify a claim.

What details will I need to enter?

To enter the promotion, you need to provide your full name, time code which can be found underneath the USE BY date (six or seven numbers and one letter) on the front of packs and a valid genuine and contactable email address.

I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

Only residents of the UK, including Northern Ireland, and residents of the Republic of Ireland can enter the promotion.

PRIZES

What are the prizes?

The prizes are 25cm plush toys of the Otto, Bob and Kevin Minion characters and they will be allocated randomly.

How many prizes are available to win?

There are 20,000 prizes to be won in total (19,703 for residents of the United Kingdom and 297 for residents of the Republic of Ireland). Not all prizes from the advertised prize pool are guaranteed to be won.

How and when will I receive my prize?

Winners will receive their prize by post within 28 days of the on-screen and email notification of win or the completion of any verification process (request for packaging or proof of purchase), if verification is requested.

Issues/problems

I’m having trouble reading my time code, who can I contact?

Florette does not assume any responsibility for time codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your time code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact florette@promotioncustomerservices.com by email.

Any request for assistance with codes must be received by 27.09.22 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date of the main promotion.

The microsite doesn’t recognise my time code. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the time code exactly as it appears on the promotional pack (six or seven numbers and one letter). If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please email florette@promotioncustomerservices.com.

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if:

  1. You enter the time code on the microsite home page and either a ‘Sorry’ or ‘Congratulations’ message is displayed on screen confirming that you have entered the draw.
  2. If you are a winner, you will also receive a confirmation email.
  3. If you are not a winner, you will not receive another email from us.
  4. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same time code digits again.

I haven’t received a win notification email; does that mean I have not won?

Please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case the win notification email has inadvertently been filed there. Please note that only winners will receive a winner’s email.

The website isn’t loading / working properly. What should I do?

Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. If you experience problems on one device, please try on another. If you continue to experience problems, please get in touch by emailing florette@promotioncustomerservices.com.

I think I might have entered the wrong email address when entering my details. What should I do?

Unfortunately, this personal data cannot be changed.
